The user will need a the necessary blacksmith items before hand. When they have access to it, the user will pour out chakra into a cylinder shape. They will then put the chakra into a furnace and wait for the chakra to turn into a dark blue color and will pull it out. From there, they will dip the chakra into cold water which will make the sword at a normal temperature where they can now touch the surface.
