Alice Winifred Fletcher is the eldest daughter of Lawrence Fletcher and his ex-wife, as well as the elder sister to Ferb Fletcher, and elder step-sister to Phineas and Candace Flynn. She normally lives with her mother outside London, but has since moved in with her grandparents Winifred and Reginald Fletcher in order to pursue her education. She first appears in the episode "Surprise Sister", in which she visits Danville in order to meet with her father and brother.
