Crewman Hayes was a crewmember aboard Enterprise NX-01. In 2152, when it appeared as if Ensign Travis Mayweather had been killed in an accident, Lieutenant Malcolm Reed launched an investigation, and found that Hayes had seen him shortly before the accident. Hayes stated that she passed Mayweather in front of the launch bay, but that the two of them did not speak. (ENT: "Dead Stop")
