Cella was a female Bajoran in the 24th century. During the Cardassian occupation of Bajor she was a member of the Bajoran Resistance. Before the Cardassians withdrew Cella was recordeded dead, however she had in fact been captured and was taken to the mining moon Davonia where she worked as a slave labourer. She and around fifty other resistance members continued to live out their lives in Cardassian captivity even after Bajor had been liberated until 2370 when they were rescued by a team from Deep Space 9.
