Saccho Kobayakawa (サッチョウ=コバヤカワ, Satchou Kobayakawa) is a Double Star Trouble Hunter and a member of the Zodiacs with the codename "Horse" (午, Uma). He is part of the Intelligence Division, created in preparation for the voyage to the Dark Continent.
