This Thug in Bar assisted King Menelaus' guards in apprehending Autolycus when the thief stole the Dragon's Eye Ruby. He was beaten by Iolaus who stepped in to save Autolycus, not realizing that he was a thief. Iolaus was then taken captive for the crime and this Thug recounted the story to Hercules in a bar.
