Imaginatim is a god who creates Creators and Destroyers who rule over the infinite set of Omniverses within Beyond. Imaginatim's power is beyond comprehension, seeing as he can see inside and alter the minds of anybody who isn't omnipotent^2 or higher. Imaginatim is the 6th and last created member of The Supergod Council, and the overseer of all imagination. This could also mean Imaginatim is also the ruler of all Imaginata within the Imaginarium, but that'd mean he'd only half-exist aswell. However, this is not the case for a being of Imaginatim's caliber.
