Arthur Cabot is an Admiral in the Californian navy. He entered the navy as an enlisted member in 2055 serving on board destroyers for three years. He decided to become in officer in 2058 and after completing training he became a weapons officer and was assigned to littoral combat ships. He became captain of his first littoral combat ship, La Jolla, in 2068. In 2074 an injury removed him from seaborne command, and he joined the staff of the Naval Office in San Diego. In 2075 he became captain of San Diego, a newly commissioned aircraft carrier. In 2077 he was promoted to rear admiral, and he was promoted again to admiral in 2079.
