Bruce Bechtel is a former NASCAR driver from Corona, CA. He competed in ten Nationwide Series events in his career. Becthel's debut came during the 2002 season, when he drove for Moy Racing in four events. Bechtel got off to a good start with the team, finishing 26th at California in his first race. Unfortunately, though, Moy was an underfunded team and Bechtel struggled to put together any real results. Two DNFs in the next two races left him 40th at Pikes Peak and 36th at Atlanta before closing out the year with a 32nd place run at Phoenix.
