When Shocker got their History Modifying Machine, they start to create Kamen Rider 4, along with the Shocker Air Force. The squadron was eventually destroyed by Booster Tridoron and Zero-Liner. When the timeline was restored to normal, the Shocker Air Force ceased to exist.
