Tim is a general created for the use of the Galactic Shadows. He was constructed by Deremos under Master Zero's orders for the purpose of conducting missions on Earth that are neded to be done discretely. He has his own special Shadow Eye that activates his Ultima Form. He seems to take a liking to battleing the Red Ranger, even going as far as he can to have an excuse.
