Hvergelmir was the mining outpost on the planet Niflheim. It was constructed during the clone wars to house the roughly 25,000 miners who operated the mine, comfortably. It consisted of a series of domes housing the miners, their families, supplies, and equipment. The Niflheim Relay Station was located in a geosynchronous orbit over the outpost.
