Takako Sugiura is a student of 9th Grade Class 3 in 1998. She and Yumi Ogura (Tiffany Grant) help Izumi Akazawa (Jessica Boone) as the countermeasures's personal right-arm. She is voiced by Misato Fukuen in the original Japanese dub and Emily Neves in the American English dub.
