Lord Thomas Guilford, Steadholder Forchein, was a Grayson citizen and a conservative steadholder. While he was never a great admirer of the social and legal changes of the Mayhew Restoration, Guilford never associated himself with Protector Benjamin IX more strident critics before 1921 PD. He did, however, change his mind and allied himself with Jasper Taylor and Travis Mueller. (HH12)
