Ben Hess (December 20, 1964- ) is a former NASCAR driver from Dayton, OH. He competed in twelve Sprint Cup Series events in his career, spanning from 1988 to 1995. Hess ran decently there, recording a best finish of 15th at North Wilkesboro in 1989. However, Hess had some success in the Nationwide Series, where he competed nine times. He earned one top-ten there, a 9th in his debut at Hickory.
