Simon Epstein is a dentist in Liberty City. In 2008, Epstein was arrested by the LCPD for illegally selling nitrous oxide tanks to local partiers. Additionally, he liked to use the gas himself, also while at work. Hygienist Sarah Levin explained that he once sucked on the gas and that blood and spit was coming out of the patients mouth due to Epstein's careless work.
