Takuya Mizoguchi (溝口 琢矢 Mizoguchi Takuya) played Ryotaro Nogami after he was deaged, beginning with the character's brief appearance in Kamen Rider Decade, and continuing throughout the Cho-Den-O Series. Mizoguchi had originally portrayed the younger iteration of Ryotaro called "Kotaro" in the Kamen Rider Den-O: I'm Born! film. Mizoguchi currently portrays Shibuya in Kamen Rider Ghost, and later, in a flashback, his father Tetsuya.
