Asa Zoranj was an electrical engineering student in Washington, D.C. and he and his older brother Osman attempted to attack a field trip conducted by a girls school but the NCIS Major Case Response Team led by NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs stopped them from doing so.
