With this General Power activated, Ta Hun Kwai is able to recruit elite operators for his newly-built Battlemaster. This General Power not only applies for Ta Hun Kwai's version of Battlemaster tank, but also for any Battlemaster produced from any Chinese War Factory under Ta Hun Kwai's control.
