Jāgaraṇa (जागरण, "awakening") is the release of the powers sealed within the body of the Kō'ī nahīṁ. This release is based on the principles of hindu philosophy and wisdom. These techniques are based on allowing the soul to gain freedom (स्वतंत्रता, Svatantratā) and with that freedom it gains its unique and powerful abilities and form.
