Usage stats on Teleport trace

It is possible for a skilled sorcerer to detect the residual sorcerous energies in an area from whence someone has recently teleported. The sorcerer can usually then trace the destination of that teleport, and typically follow the individual who teleported to their new location--unless a more powerful sorcerer has managed to block the trace. Certain magical items (such as Pathfinder) can make this process much easier.
