Dead Fairy Tale is an anime that was written, directed, and created by Akira Jotaro who also created the anime VII, Forever Dark, and A Little Ghost Story. The story takes place in a fantasy world called Tales; in this world, many people who resemble characters from many stories live together or against each other in a world of peace and chaos. The story is about a mad scientist, his daughter, and a normal teenaged girl in a journey to see what is causing the zombie outbreak and perhaps, even make something crazy out of it.
