Team Kenrō is a team led by Kenrō Okamura which was formed after the members became genin. The team is affiliated with Sunagakure and its members consist of Hayato Takeda who is the jinchūriki of the Four-Tails, Tetsuo Nakajima, and Tsuginori Marusa. The team was put together as a means to protect Hayato Takeda and the tailed beast sealed within him. Kenrō was specifically assigned to lead the team due to his exceptional usage of the Water Release as it could be used to control Hayato in the event that he were to lose control of the Four-Tails.
