Cathy Berry was a friend of Lynn's. Randy and Lynn go to a party at her house and Lynn comes home with Eddie, who she is seeing behind her parents' backs (Episode: "Promises, Promises.") Cathy was possibly the same girl that was planning on going to a Pretenders concert with Lynn and who felt better if she stood by the curb to wait for Lynn, before she learned that the car had broken down (Episode: "Baby, You Can Drive My Car.")
