Niubbe was the capital of Parmentier, built after the liberation of the planet, over a machine industrial complex. Niubbe was overlooked by a hill where governor Rikov Butler's mansion was built. In a slum at the center of Niubbe, there was the Hospital for Incurable Diseases. Maintained by Mohandas Suk and Raquella Berto-Anirul. The city was vandalized by Martyrists during the Omnius Scourge, and it was the place were they were joined after young Rayna Butler.
