The Elf is one of the five playable races in Might and Magic III: Isles of Terra, the other four being the gnome, dwarf, half-orc and human. Elves start with +10 points in the thievery skill, and a resistance of 5 against energy and magic. They have -2 hit points per level, but when using arcane magic, they gain +2 spell points per level. Good classes for an elf are ninja, robber, archer, and sorcerer. The reduction in hit points makes them ill suited for the role of frontline fighters like the barbarian or knight. Kastore is the pre-made elf character in the game.
