The Andorian Reserve Fleet was a fleet branch within the Andorian government. Its first duty was to aid as well as support Starfleet. The ATS Shras was a vessel that belonged to the Andorian Reserve Fleet and was assigned to hunt down Muav Haslev in 2275.
