The organisation formerly known as the Fifth World Council (5WC) — Italian: Consiglio del Quinto Mondo; Interlingua: Consilio del Quinte Mundo — was an international association of Fourth and Fifth World nations without representation in any international organisation. The 5WC has served mainly as an experiment, an experiment which has produced an authentic Fifth World cultural explosion, and as a prototype for the more pragmatic, successful, less ideological and freer supermicronation called the United Micronations Multi-Oceanic Archipelago (UMMOA).
