Camp Humble was a concentration camp near Humble, Texas. It was built in late 1943 to replace Camp Determination as the primary concentration camp of Jake Featherston's Population Reduction. Like Camp Determination, it was commanded by Jefferson Pinkard. Pinkard and his second-in-command, Vern Green, were arrested at Camp Humble when Texas declared itself an independent republic in 1944 and joined the war on the side of the United States.
