During the New Series, Alexandra made several props like buckets, oil drums, an old fashioned camera, and the Fat Controller's tea set. In an SiF interview, Alexandra stated that she was interested in fantasies and faeries since she was very little. The main inspiration that got her into making models and props was Jim Henson's "Labyrinth".
