Hermann Landers is a Hulstrian politician and the founding leader of the Allianz Zentrum. Formerly an independent member of the Luthur City Council, Landers is known for his work reforming the city's taxation policy and lobbying other government levels for a greater use of community service in juvenile sentencing.
