13650 is a red/white stripe diesel that collects passengers and occasionally hauls the Starlite Express. He was originally built for Amtrak as AMTK #232 and mostly did work for Amtrak California pulling the Capital Corridor train. In the early 2000's he was retired and bought by Casey Jones who repainted him in red and white and renumbered him to his namesake, 13650.
