Izuka Ichikami (飯塚一神; Ichikami Izuka) is a powerful S-Class ronin from the Land of Tornadoes, and is one of the seven Taiyō of Shichidaken, making him among the most feared ronin in the samurai world. Prior to his abandoning the Land of Tornadoes to seek his own ambitions, Izuka was famed for his prowess in using wind-manipulation in conjunction with shape transformation via the Onyoudou technique, earning him the nickname, the Wind of the East. Izuka does not appear to be on pleasant terms with his fellow Taiyō, though he respects the power of the Shichidaken leader.
