Operation Saucer was a program to research UFO sightings near the Brazilian town of Colares, during the Colares UFO Flap, under the command of the Brazilian Air Force (FAB). A Hidden Message seems to imply that Operation Saucer "...lulled the sheep back to sleep!", meaning that the truth behind the UFO sightings was kept away from most of the public, unlike Roswell.
