It seems to be a plant incubator that have been taken over by hostile plant life. Only one sole survivor, a single Mad Scientist, remains in the laboratory. The laboratory is mostly inhabited by Carniphilas and Mutated Humans. It is a good hunting spot for those who seek to complete a carniphila task.
