Flash District was both a district of the Provost's Guard and of the Rogue in Corus, the capital of Tortall, in the third century of the Human Era. The district was situated on the southern side of the Olorun River. On its western border was the Lower City; on its southern border were Patten District and Unicorn District. Unicorn District also bordered the Flash District to the east.
