Matthias Hinze was the voice actor for Tom Brennan in German language broadcasts of Lost. Matthias Hinze died from a serious malady on April 13, 2007. He was also the son of the German voice actor for John Locke, Lothar Hinze. Because of Matthias' death, his father stopped voicing Locke, and was replaced by Ernst Meincke. He was also the husband of voice actor Melanie Hinze. He was mostly known for voicing Matt Damon's roles in the Ocean's and Bourne series, and also in Good Will Hunting.
