Raymond Stirling was a partner in Beadle, Beadle, Stirling, and Lowenstein, a law firm that planned to build a exclusive resort in the mountains near Branson. The land the firm had bought was in a dispute between two families. Once a cemetery that might belong to the Bouvier familie is found, Sterling hires Anita to raise the zombies from the cemetery and discover who owns the land. If the zombies are Bouvier's then he would have had to by it again. On the first night when Anita and Larry "walk" the cemetery, Magnus appears and Stirling orders one of his employees to shoot him for traspassing, but is stopped by Anita. Knowing that Magnus and Dorcas would never sell the land, Stirling makes a deal with Rawhead and Bloody Bones, to trick Anita into raising the zombies, and thus free him from
