A lab that was funded by Shoji Fuzen to secretly make weapons for his criminal empire. At least one of the scientists that worked there was Talu Mizuki who was working on mind transferance. When he discovered Fuzens dark intentions he tranferred his mind to the Hibagon. The result was the destruction of the lab.
