The following are the costumes available to Helena Douglas in the 2004 Xbox title, Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate. With the game being a remake of the Dead or Alive 2 games, Helena regains seven of her eight original costumes, with her original seventh costume being replaced by its redesign in Dead or Alive 3. Alongside the original costumes, Helena also regains two of the swimsuits from Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball and gains three brand new costumes.
