Gloria Frank is a minor character of the series, appearing in Once Upon a Crime alongside her son, Phil Frank when the Grimms' return to their old apartment in New York. She is married and is desrcibed as a very excitable lady, ecstatic when the Grimms come to collect their old things as she "always wanted to meet the past tenants of her house'.
