Kurth is one of the two remaining high captains in Luskan. His sole remaining enemy is Baram, a fellow high captain in Luskan. His followers are the Bloody Hand. Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow. The entrance to his lair can be found in the south through a crack in the wall. He has taken a woman hostage from her elven brother, who can be found in the bar.
