There is no particular build but you do want to keep toma healthy and possibly bring skills that allow him to do more damage...I took a discord team set to passive an kept toma targeted so that they would heal him occasionally throwing You move like a Dwarf on his current victim and Finish him...WITHOUT calling target....Hope this helps ya.
