This item is a quest reward from File:Alliance 15.png [21] Agents of Destruction which begins with Sentinel Luciel Starwhisper at the Warsong Lumber Camp in Ashenvale. To complete the quest, you must kill Overseer Gorthak and any twelve of his Horde workers.
