Aqualich, the leader of the Axis of Antagonists, originally Professor Arthur Gefilte, sought power and immortality from an Ancient Atlantean Occult Book. Jumping off the Rock of Gibraltar, he drowned but gained undead power as the Aqualich. He is able to control the creatures of the sea, but only those that are dead, like he is.
