Destroyer Garno is a warrior from KO-35 that serves the Ministry Shadows. He is always ready to fight, and is great at sword fights, but his major downfall is how much he wants to fight and rampage, even if he is on the brink of death. He has his own Shadowliner, and pilots it regularly when engaging in MegaZord battles against the Rangers.
