Matt Li (Matthew Yang King) was an FBI Tech at the L.A. HQ who first appeared in "Uncertainty Principle", but didn't get a name until Season Four's "Velocity". He did, however, stick around for the whole run of the series, and was last seen in "Cause and Effect".
