The Solomons were a system of moons orbiting Alpha Caeli V in the distant Alpha Caeli system in the American Arm of colonized space. These objects were designated Alpha Caeli V b to h, implying there are seven in total. This seems to imply Alpha Caeli V is a gas giant. The moons were colonized to some degree, as the United States Colonial Marine Corps Eridani Marine Space Force maintained garrisons there.
