The Giant Rune Cannon was developed by the Kooluk Empire to help in furthering the expansion of the Kooluk Empire by destroying the Island Nations. Its was powerful enough to sink a fleet of ships in a single shot but required two hours to reload. It was destroyed when Elenor Silverberg rearranged the command console, causing it to explode when it was attempted to be used again.
