Billy's Marines was Started up by Billy L. Snoopensnob and James Warhawk. Billy will list everyone who is in the guild as they arrive. Recruiting is every thursday night 7pm to 7:30 pm CST on Antama. First 20 people will be officers after Third in Command. Then next 80, Veterans, everyone else must prove themselves to the leaders if they want to be promoted.
